Central Region / Regional Sales Manager

WENCOR is a leading innovator and manufacturer of EMI shielding products. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales within an assigned territory by managing customer relationships and coordinating with internal resources to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

Develop new business relationships by personally presenting an acceptable description of Leader Tech, its products, and capabilities
Develop and maintain sales by exploring and qualifying existing accounts as well as following up on leads resulting from marketing prospecting efforts
Manage activity of outside sales representatives in assigned territory
Develop, maintain and update sales activities with Director of Sales
Maintain a professional business rapport with accounts even under less than desirable conditions
Maintain accurate up to date records and files on all accounts including sales data, quote records, and customer contacts
Provide accurate feedback to management on missed quotes and future trends
Coordinate activities with Inside Sales Teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities
Represent the company at various trade shows
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives
Travel requirement of 20%-50% (Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales)
