Responsibilities
Champion change initiatives by driving adoption among end users and addressing issues or concerns raised by the business community
Collaborate in a cross-functional environment with business groups, IT teams, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements
Take a leadership role in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements
Work closely with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, ensuring consistency with established business processes
Partner with team members to validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards, and policies
Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business teams and end users
Identify key areas for business transformation and process improvement
Qualification
Required
Commercial experience with a focus on customer project management
Ability to analyze and design business processes with an innovative and forward-looking approach
Knowledge of industry and products relevant to Schneider Electric, along with a solid understanding of project management principles and terminology
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and facilitate decision-making
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to translate business value into effective user stories and acceptance criteria
Demonstrates independent thinking and accountability for outcomes
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and priorities
Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency to achieve individual and team objectives
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and clarify requirements quickly
