Responsibilities
Conduct 3-stage proto audits and ensure 100% audit clearance for all High-Value products
Audit critical processes including Alloying, Assaying, and Weighment to ensure zero purity or weight mismatches
Implement CAPA (Corrective Actions) and provide technical training to vendor partners to eliminate repeat defects
Use Oracle and Advanced Excel to maintain auditor scorecards and quality reports
Qualification
Required
5–10 years in Jewellery QA (High-Value/International market experience is essential)
In-depth knowledge of Diamonds, Color Stones, and jewellery manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Oracle and Advanced Excel
Flexibility to travel to vendor locations for audits
