New Grad, Entry LevelStarpoint is seeking Substitute Early Childhood Teachers who are compassionate and flexible to support their teaching team. This role involves providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for children ages 6 months to 6 years, while being available to fill in for staff absences and varying classroom needs.

Responsibilities
Be on call to fill teacher absences
Support daily classroom routines and activities
Create a positive and engaging environment for children
Follow lesson plans and provide consistent care and supervision
Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Must successfully pass background checks and a drug screening
Preferred
Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting is preferred
CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
Registered with the Colorado Shines Program at a minimum Level 2 on PDIS preferred
