They are seeking a Service BDC Representative to manage service appointment scheduling, answer customer inquiries, and follow up on service needs.

Responsibilities
Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments
Maintain the service appointment scheduling calendar while coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts / Rental Department
Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Follow up on customer declined services; schedule follow-up appointments for services not performed
Proactively contact existing customers to set up required service and/ or recall appointments
Follow up with customers on all ordered or back-ordered parts while scheduling for receiving
Qualification
Required
Manifest the highest level of customer service
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic working knowledge of Windows Office
Ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly and efficiently
Must be 18 years old
Valid driver's license
Excellent driving record
Responsible and dedicated to arriving on time
Hard-working
Ability to multi-task
Drug testing required
