Consulting
Responsibilities
Performing legal research
Drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
Attending court conferences
Handling discovery-related activities (including e-discovery and depositions) and investigations
Drafting of position statements and dispositive motions
Drafting settlement agreements and other employment-related agreements (e.g., employment agreements, arbitration agreements, restrictive covenant agreements)
Counseling clients on employment-law-related matters
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor
Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Indiana
During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice
Candidates must possess 4+ years of employment or significant civil litigation experience
Excellent analytical, writing and verbal communication skills are required
Preferred
Experience with business or commercial litigation is preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who graduated in the top 25% of their law school class
