Responsibilities

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to contract negotiation, deal closure and onboarding

Required

Charismatic, empathetic and a strong desire to succeed together
3+ years of quota-carrying experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling to business decision-makers
3+ years of managing a full sales cycle including your own cold outreach
Able to self generate own pipeline
Sold to Mid Market+ sized companies
Self-confessed sales nerd
Natural executor of standardised sales process eg MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger
Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 5% of company)
Experience consistently closing deals >$20k ACV
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to navigate complex deals and a busy pipeline
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify and translate complex ideas to different audiences
A strong affinity with trumpet's values
Experience with Linkedin Navigator and other outreach tools
Be a self-starter who doesn't rely on constant validation or sign-off - own your pipeline and be bold

Preferred

Desirable - Confident in building out your own personal brand
