Responsibilities
Managing inventory levels and stockroom organization in the retail store
Processing inbound and outbound shipments
Unpacking and preparing merchandise
Verifying the contents against purchase orders
Conducting regular inventory counts
Tracking product movements and identifying discrepancies
Organizing stock in the stockroom to ensure products are easily accessible and securely stored
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in the stockroom, following all safety guidelines and procedures
Operating equipment such as hand trucks and ladders to move and transport products
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Some college coursework preferred
