Responsibilities
You will be the process expert for Billing
Analyze, document, and map operational processes
Plan, perform and implement process improvement plans
Manage projects using established project management methodologies
Create best practice documentation and facilitate training across global teams
Track and communicate project statuses
Participate in system implementations by defining requirements, supporting testing and validations and business readiness for their area of expertise
Collaborate with teams to ensure successful outcomes
Coordinate several user acceptance testing with end-users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a billing role at a SaaS company with revenues of at least $100 million
Understanding of process-mapping methodologies
Experience with project management
Ability to identify alternatives, make objective recommendations, and collaborate with others to accomplish goals
Intermediate experience of Excel and Salesforce
Preferred
Experience using AI and AI-related technologies
