Responsibilities
Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current operations
Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope
Works with electronic tools to perform engineering functions
Develops plans of limited scope to support lean manufacturing
Assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans
Qualification
Required
Must be registered as a full-time student at an accredited college/university
Graduation date of May 2026 or later
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly
If local, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering; others may apply
Previous experience in comparable industry and/or factory setting
Ability to work in cross-function groups and a team environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
