Responsibilities
Designing and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
Building robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
Monitoring and improving performance and availability across environments
Troubleshooting incidents and driving root cause analysis
Working with engineering teams to bake in reliability from day one
Automating manual workflows and mentoring teammates along the way
Participating in on-call rotation (weekends and holidays may be included)
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevSecOps, or DevOps roles
Deep experience with AWS, plus 3+ years with Kubernetes
Strong Terraform/IaC and CI/CD background
Solid scripting in Bash and Python
Experience with monitoring/logging stacks (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
Understanding of secure environments and compliance (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
US Citizen only (this is non-negotiable)
