Responsibilities

Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and architecture for a multi-country Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation
This role will partner closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards
The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record in designing complex, global TPM solutions for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

Required

8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Architect on large-scale programs
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management or similar trade promotion solutions
Ability to define end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations, and security framework
Strong knowledge of middleware, APIs, and integration patterns for connecting Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise systems
Expertise in designing solutions for high-volume transactions and multi-country deployments
Deep understanding of Salesforce development standards, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust designs

Preferred

Familiarity with trade promotion processes, pricing, and analytics
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certifications preferred
