Responsibilities
Assist the Events Lead with various administrative and documentation tasks related to event planning and execution
Create, edit, and format tournament-specific documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Input and position data on the company's Wix website as directed by the Events Lead
Regularly update and maintain key documents, including Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), customer-facing forms, and judge/staffing forms
Organize and maintain event documentation within shared drives (e.g., Google Drive), establishing and adhering to hierarchical structures
Actively participate in project management and task tracking using [Monday.com](//Monday.com) boards
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team primarily through group chats and scheduled meetings via Google Meets
Ensure the general upkeep and organization of all event-related documents
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required
Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meets)
Experience or proven ability to quickly learn data input and content positioning within a Wix website environment
Familiarity with project management tools like [Monday.com](//Monday.com) and team communication via group chat applications
Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail
Strong written communication skills, particularly in creating clear and concise documents
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
Preferred
Prior experience in events coordination or tournament organization
Proficiency in Spanish
Familiarity with TCG or tabletop gaming events
