As a Deployment Strategist, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to implement workflows and ensure successful product deployment, ultimately enhancing national security logistics.

Responsibilities

Go onsite and speak with customer’s leadership to understand their problems, goals, and priorities

Scope out the workflow that is an accurate representation of the supply chain team’s daily actions (Miro will be your best friend!)

Collaborate closely with a Forward Deployed Engineer on implementing workflows, ingesting datasets, orchestrating dataflows, and setting up ERP integrations

Lead training and live feedback sessions with the end-users

Communicate and prioritize the emerging needs for cross-platform features to the platform team

Trial by fire: onboard new members of the team by bringing them along on onsites. Push them via late nights and tight deadlines

Required

Experience in shipping projects, managing teams, and coordinating cross-disciplinary efforts

Ability to face the customer (ex-founders, consultants bored with BCG bullshit, and solutions engineers are all welcome!)

Technical background - scripting (Python, SQL), ability to think abstractly about the data, experience with advanced Excel
