2026 Fulltime - Configuration Management Analyst I - Onsite

They are seeking a Configuration Management Analyst I to lead and coordinate configuration management activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and managing change and status accounting activities.

Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities related to identification, control, verification and accounting for systems and equipment in accordance with contractual requirements
Establish procedures for, and implement the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program and represent the functional group in the implementation of common processes
Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities
Ensures implementation of customer and internal configuration management requirements
Manage change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance with contractual and configuration management policies
Implement change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance
Establish and control configuration identification processes and baselines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
DoD Clearance: Secret
Preferred
General knowledge and understanding of following policies, procedures, and processes with a strong attention to detail
Analytical approach to solving complex configuration challenges
Solid competency in project planning
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies
Experience reviewing data and/or processing documentation/records
