Call Center Representative

They are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to manage incoming calls, provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues efficiently while contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities
Act as a liaison, providing product and services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
Manage incoming calls, where you will identify, assess, and meet the diverse needs of our valued customers
Generate sales leads to contribute to both personal and team success, helping reach ambitious sales targets and call handling quotas
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring that our commitment to excellence is upheld at every touchpoint
Follow established department procedures, guidelines, and policies, playing a crucial role in reinforcing a customer-focused culture
Qualification
Required
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling
Communication
Active listening skills
Solid computer/typing skills
Familiarity with MS Office
A heart to serve a variety of personalities and (potentially difficult) circumstances
Ability to multi-task
Ability to Prioritize
Manage time effectively
Willingness to go the extra mile when engaging customers
