Responsibilities

Work in collaboration with the Bureau Director to strategically plan for the Bureau’s success and future growth to include succession planning for the bureau
Serve as the human resource (HR) lead for the bureau and coordinate all hiring, onboarding, and training
Assist with the drafting, updating and administratively managing contracts for the Bureau of Facility Management, and the purchasing of unique services and equipment that is used to maintain the DGS owned and managed buildings

Required

One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must have strategic planning experience in an (Information Technology) background
You must have experience multitasking and handling competing high priorities
You must have professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
You must be able to perform essential job functions
