Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Make high-volume cold calls daily to pre-qualified prospects to schedule intro calls with potential clients
Own the outreach process end-to-end, including script execution, objection handling, and call coordination with the Growth team
Use real-time research to identify meaningful angles that resonate with each prospect during calls
Collaborate with team members to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and outreach best practices
Participate in weekly reviews to track progress against meeting goals and improve performance

Required

Confident, clear phone communicator: You enjoy being on the phone and know how to keep people engaged
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Coachable, resilient, and eager to succeed in a performance-driven role

Preferred

Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting is highly preferred
