Responsibilities

Grow your portfolio by identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Build powerful broker relationships and help them diversify into unsecured lending
Create strategic territory plans to smash growth targets
Deliver impactful presentations showcasing Latitude’s products and capabilities
Support broker training and accreditation
Drive results through collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive pipeline management

Qualification

B2B salesConsumer finance knowledgeBroker relationship managementData interpretationSecuredUnsecured lendingNegotiation skillsCertificate IV in Mortgage BrokingDiploma in Mortgage BrokingDegree in finance

Required

Proven success in B2B sales within broking or similar industries
Knowledge of consumer finance, personal loans, and asset finance
Experience in home loan or commercial lending through broker channels
Strong negotiation skills and a passion for outstanding customer service
Ability to interpret data and insights to drive performance outcomes

Preferred

Previous experience as an RM or BDM in broker distribution
Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance
Degree in finance or related discipline
Exposure to both secured and unsecured lending
