Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews. They are seeking an acquisition-focused Growth Lead to scale their operations, focusing on multi-channel user acquisition and growth experimentation.

Responsibilities

Own and scale multi-channel acquisition across paid social and search, SEO/AEO, partnerships, and affiliates to drive high-quality opportunities for the Sales team

Run a fast, structured experimentation program to test new ideas and scale high-performing campaigns rapidly

Partner with product marketing and design to identify and develop the right content and creatives to fuel our campaigns

Set up attribution, analytics, and dashboards to measure performance and inform decisions with data

Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows

Work closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing Ops to align on ICP, messaging, pipeline goals, and campaign priorities

Build the core playbooks, systems, and processes that will anchor Listen’s growth engine from the ground up

Required

Minimum 4 years experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, ideally at a high-growth startup

Prior experience in consulting or investment banking is a plus

You're highly data-driven, comfortable digging into dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution to uncover insights and guide decisions

You're fluent in modern marketing tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker/Mode, Webflow, and others

You're customer-obsessed, always thinking about the ICP, their journey, and how to reach them with the right message at the right time

You move fast, seek clarity, and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly

You care deeply about craft and impact, not just output – you take pride in doing great work, even on small details
