Responsibilities

Manage and communicate scope, timelines, budgets and objectives in our project management software, ClickUp

Lead and manage communication and relationship growth with our clients and all team members (including contractors)

Design and lead creative brainstorm and ideation sessions for internal project teams

Present ideas to clients, participate in pitching concepts and generating strategies for account growth

Curiosity about the work, the client, the market, and how to make everything 10% better

Required

Advanced skills in project management

Experience prioritizing a varied workload

Proficiency with one project management tool like ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar

Experience creating and managing a content calendar or schedules for multiple digital creative projects at once

Experience leveraging quarterly account budgets to meet strategic goals

Deliver great client experience at all levels of our clients' organizations using adaptive and strategic communication

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Be a proactive contributor to the team and our business

Refine and grow others' ideas and team performance by regularly articulating constructive criticisms during team ideation, retrospectives and peer feedback

Stay abreast of industry trends and find ways to incorporate into projects and share knowledge and trends with other members of C5
