Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of computer networks, including workstations, file servers, and web servers

Install and update network systems, including both hardware and software components

Implement and manage security tools like firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems

Monitor and maintain the configuration of both hardware and software for optimal system performance

Design and update web pages, ensuring their functionality and user interface are up to date

Train employees on the software applications they need for their roles

Assist customers with IT-related issues, providing guidance on various systems and technologies

Create and maintain local system design documents to track configurations, processes, and procedures
