Vice President of Operations
Our client is seeking a Vice President of Operations to scale the company’s operating model, improve execution, and optimize cross-functional performance. This role is ideal for a senior leader who can drive operating cadence, build scalable systems, and ensure teams execute on priorities with clarity.

Responsibilities
Establish and run the operating cadence (OKRs, QBRs, weekly reviews, planning cycles)
Drive alignment on priorities, resourcing, sequencing, and decision-making
Lead strategic initiatives and remove execution bottlenecks
Create visibility and accountability through reporting and review mechanisms
Facilitate cross-functional planning and ensure commitments are realistic and tracked
Define company KPIs and dashboards for visibility into performance and health
Implement scorecards and operating reviews for key functions
Conduct deep dives on performance gaps and drive corrective plans
Partner with Finance on forecasting inputs, budgeting, and headcount planning
Standardize workflows and improve cross-functional handoffs across departments
Implement automation and tooling improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Build scalable onboarding, training, and documentation systems
Improve customer experience through operational consistency and clear ownership
Partner with functional leaders to set targets and improve execution
Lead and develop ops teams (BizOps, Program Mgmt, internal ops functions)
Drive change management for new systems, processes, and operating norms
Represent operations initiatives in exec and board contexts
Qualification
Required
12–18+ years in operations/strategy/consulting, including 5+ years leading teams
Proven success scaling operating models in high-growth organizations
Strong program leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder influence
KPI frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven execution discipline
Strong systems thinking and change management capability
Familiarity with operational tooling ecosystems and automation
Preferred
Experience in SaaS operations, RevOps/CS Ops alignment, or scaled service operations
Experience operating across global teams and time zones
