Design and implement scalable Tableau dashboards and data solutions

Optimize Tableau environments for high performance and scalability

Conduct technical training, workshops, and 1:1 mentorship

Qualification

Required

Mastery of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server

Strong knowledge of data design, modeling, and ETL processes

Proficiency in SQL; hands-on with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, etc

Ability to integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau

Experience in optimizing dashboard performance for large datasets

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms

Experience mentoring and training junior analysts, especially teams in Pune

Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional and remote teams

Strong troubleshooting abilities in ETL workflows and Tableau environments

Skilled at creating clear, user-friendly internal and external documentation
