Goertek Microelectronics Inc. is a global technology leader focused on microelectronics and MEMS solutions. They are seeking a Sales Manager for Global Key Accounts to drive business targets, manage a sales team, and develop key account relationships while achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Responsible for undertaking Company's business targets, managing the team, and leading the team to achieve sales targets
Responsible for key account relationship and new account development
Responsible for setting and achieving revenue target, product quotation and customer visit reception
Work closely with the product development team to identify new products and will be responsible for leading global marketing and communication strategy
Fully cooperate with customer projects and needs, develop multi-channel product promotion, and meet BU sales targets to undertake and achieve
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in microelectronics, mechanical, MEMS, material or related field
At least 8 years sales experience in top-tier global tech firms
Proven success in scaling accounts with Apple/Meta ecosystems
Fluent in English
Exceptional strategic negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication acumen
Open-minded, with strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit
Ability to relocate between US-China markets for client engagement
Preferred
PhD in microelectronics, mechanical, MEMS, material or related field
Multi-lingual ability (Vietnamese / Malay / Korean / Japanese / Chinese / Cantonese)
