Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets in Southern California
Lead, coach, and mentor Territory Sales Representatives and support staff to enhance performance and career development
Manage and grow the independent dealer network, ensuring alignment with brand standards
Oversee product rollouts, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional campaigns
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and drive professional growth
Ensure adherence to safety standards (e.g., OSHA) during product demonstrations, training, and field activities
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform strategy and territory planning
Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and regional meetings

Required

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%) within Southern California
