Responsibilities

Design and execute strategic sales plans that hit revenue goals and support Improv's growth trajectory
Proactively source and pursue new business through outreach, relationship-building, and market engagement
Build and nurture relationships with executive decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders
Partner closely with technical and delivery leaders to scope solutions, frame accurate project estimates, and craft compelling proposals and SOWs
Collaborate across marketing, operations, and service delivery to ensure a seamless client experience from first conversation through project execution
Engage channel partners (vendors, VARs, service providers) to expand reach, co-sell, and develop joint offerings
Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive shifts to identify new opportunities for Improv
Continually refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, predictability, and win rates
Work with the services organization to identify offering gaps and build new service concepts and go-to-market strategies
Represent Improv at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to elevate brand presence and generate pipeline

Required

5-7+ years selling strategic HCM/WFM services (advisory, implementation, integration, optimization, or managed services)
A proven record of exceeding quota through disciplined, strategic selling in the HCM/WFM ecosystem
Deep understanding of HCM and WFM trends, platforms, and service models
Mastery of consultative selling-translating client challenges into tailored, high-value service solutions
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
Experience co-selling and collaborating with channel partners (VARs, MSSPs, technology vendors) to develop integrated go-to-market strategies
Strategic mindset with a strong client-value orientation
Ability to perform in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
Competence with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
