Sr. Clinical Team Leader
Access: Supports for Living is dedicated to providing quality mental health care and is looking for a Senior Clinical Team Leader. This role involves providing clinical supervision, managing staff, analyzing performance data, and ensuring effective service delivery within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model.

Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical supervision to both full-time and fee-for-service (FFS) clinicians, offering guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
You'll also be responsible for managing clinician caseloads to ensure proper distribution and workload balance
You will analyze staff productivity and review key metrics to help improve efficiency
A core part of this role is running and correcting reports, such as identifying and resolving overlapping appointments
Coordinate and assist with the delivery of multiple services within our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, ensuring seamless integration of care
You will be involved in various aspects of staff management, including reviewing candidate applications and participating in job placement interviews
You'll be responsible for clinician assignments, co-facilitating staff meetings, and leading the onboarding process for new team members
Review and update our agency's list of the top 50 high-utilizer clients, developing strategies to better meet their needs
You will also assist with data analytics to support the clinical team's decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
Help with the administrative aspects of the team, including assisting with the submission of Fee-for-Service timesheets
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Proven experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role
Strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing and interpreting clinical and productivity data
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Familiarity with fiscal management principles, including budgeting and financial analysis
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team
Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records
Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
Previous experience working with adolescents and families and be comfortable in both individual and group settings
Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time
Able to work in open space floor plan
Must be capable to move throughout work day
Work alongside co-workers within 3 feet
Must be able to move in tight spaces
Occasional lifting of > 15+ pounds
Preferred
Preferred full licensure, active state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, etc.)
Familiarity with CCBHC standards and operations is a plus
Previous experience working with adults in Mental Health field, preferred
