Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations
Lead and manage HR projects, including developing project plans, preparing leadership dashboards, and supporting enterprise HR programs
Analyze workforce metrics to inform decisions, identify trends, and implement process improvements
Provide leadership coaching and support to managers, fostering talent development and performance management
Standardize HR processes across multiple sites to ensure consistency and compliance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a strategic HR partner in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong project management and organizational skills
Expertise in workforce analytics, process standardization, and HR program implementation
Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders effectively
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
