Responsibilities
Learn all facets of the scrap metal recycling industry from the ground up
Master the fundamentals of scrap metal material identification, safety, daily operations, supply chain, logistics, and transportation
Shadow commercial teammates to learn how to develop, grow, and maintain relationships with customers
Participate and lead staff meetings
Get involved with strategic planning
Work on a summer-long project with a final presentation
Qualification
Required
Rising Junior or Senior working towards Bachelor's degree
Have reliable transportation
Expect to travel frequently
Work outside in extreme weather conditions in an industrial environment
Be organized, adaptable, team oriented, and collaborative
Have excellent communication skills
Relocate post-graduation
Be able to build relationships, collaborate and work efficiently with team members
Preferred
Previous internship experience
Previous leadership experience
