Responsibilities
Conduct high-standard repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership and and Audi specifications
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose vehicular issues and verify repair effectiveness
Maintain a meticulous record of all maintenance and repair actions, ensuring clean, organized and safe work environment
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Certification highly desirable
Qualification
Required
Audi Service Technician experience recommended
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred
