Responsibilities
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, coordinating orders and purchases as needed
Ordering of catering as needed for office events as well as planning of off-site employee events
Assist security personnel in verifying visitors
Escorting facilities vendors
Manage OSHA Reporting and Training requirements for ICR
Coordinate and monitor all seating requirements and update electronic records
Communication with property manager for all items regarding building management
Shipping/receiving of office supplies as well as program equipment
Asset tracking and tagging of new equipment arriving to each site
Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
Help maintains office staff by aiding in the recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintain company swag inventory
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Annual equipment inventory reporting
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Managing processes
Proficient in office management software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment
Developing standards
Promoting process improvement
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Reporting skills
Ability to transfer/obtain/maintain a U.S. government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility -- U.S. Citizenship required
A drug screen will be required as part of the hiring process
