Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a luxury Spa Receptionist for the Pelican Grand Beach Resort, located on the Atlantic Ocean in Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The role involves providing excellent service to spa guests, managing appointments, and ensuring the spa facility is clean and orderly.

Greeting and engaging with spa guests

Providing prompt and courteous service

Maintaining order and cleanliness of the spa facility

Answering phone and coordinating appointments

Completing point of sales transactions

Exceeding client expectations with re-booking and retail/take home suggestions

Qualification

Customer serviceSpa experienceMultitaskingTelephone etiquetteComputer skills

Required

High School graduate

1 - 2 years related experience required

Experience in a high volume environment

Outgoing and engaging personality

Must be able to multitask

Heightened telephone etiquette and computer skills are a must

Preferred

Some college preferred

1 - 2 years related spa experience preferred
