Qualification
Required
Two (2) to ten (10) years of experience in land development and/or public works
BSCE or the equivalent work experience of five (5) years
Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final
Preparation and processing of maps & plans for subdivision & land development projects
Road design
Grading
Utilities and drainage
Earthwork evaluations
AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience
A good driving record
Preferred
Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures in the State of Colorado
