They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing product and service information to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact between our Customers and MidwayUSA

Provide product and services information to resolve any emerging problems our Customers may face with accuracy and efficiency

Be genuinely excited to help Customers

Be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative

Confidently troubleshoot and investigate when they don’t have enough information to resolve Customer complaints

Achieve productivity and service standards

Respond efficiently to Customer inquiries

Maintain high Customer Satisfaction
