Responsibilities
Utilize recruiting & sourcing skills to attract passive and active candidates, including, but not limited to, online recruiting, social media, college, and association recruiting
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Conduct phone screens with candidates and submit candidates to hiring managers for review
Support planning, sourcing and executing on-site Hiring Events
Prepare candidates for interviewing with Curio Wellness and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting
Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding
Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers and candidates for feedback on how interviews went and discuss next steps
Support other Talent Acquisition and People & Culture administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will embrace a mindset of Extreme Ownership, taking full responsibility for their contributions and driving positive outcomes
Effective communication skills and the ability to connect quickly and authentically with people from a variety of different professional and cultural backgrounds
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work autonomously and produce results under tight deadlines
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS) or four (4) years of equivalent job-related experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Comfortable working in a secure, regulated environment
Must be 21 years old
As a condition of employment, Curio Wellness employees must comply with the State of Maryland requirements which includes providing a copy of your fingerprints in the required format and consenting to an FBI Background Check
