Responsibilities
Design solutions with high visual impact through a multitude of creative mediums
Create various assets for store layouts, merchandising, digital media, and other mediums
Supervise creative aspects of Marketing as directed by the Marketing Director
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree in Graphic Design or Similar. Masters preferred
Three years of experience in creating multimedia artwork, layouts and videos
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have good leadership, coaching, & supervisory skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with high self-confidence and the ability to clearly communicate complex information
In-depth understanding of 85C product, brand image and future vision
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines
Ability to take ideas and transform then into visual representations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing deadlines or quality of work
Demonstrated knowledge of product presentation and fixture management
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere. Knowledge of After Effects and Audition and Excel a plus
Basic knowledge of WordPress. Must be able to make, supervise, or proof edits to our existing website
