Responsibilities
Owning the P&L for a major category, you'll be responsible for topline growth, profitability, customer experience, and managing key vendor relationships
Develop and execute strategic plans that expand product selection, drive operational excellence, and improve vendor terms, all while enhancing the overall customer experience
Dive deep into business performance metrics and industry trends
Lead long-term Joint Business Planning, own complex negotiations, and identify growth opportunities while finding creative ways to reduce costs
Define and prioritize meaningful ways to delight customers, contributing to the development of new programs and features that improve both the shopping and selling experience on our platform
Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Advertising, Marketing, and Account Management to drive initiatives spanning the entire business
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation
Translate data into actionable insights, make high-impact decisions, and ensure we're well-positioned to meet customer needs throughout the year, especially during peak seasons
Qualification
Required
3+ years of with Excel experience
5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
