Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support two hourly Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing clear day-to-day direction and prioritization
Partner closely with the Senior People Partner and broader People team to align talent strategies with business needs and People Team priorities
Serve as a trusted People Team resource to hiring managers and leaders across the organization
Oversee high-volume hourly hiring across operations and farm locations
Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried and corporate roles, partnering with senior leaders on role definition, selection, and offers
Ensure a professional, inclusive, and compliant candidate experience at all levels
Monitor recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency
Support corporate People initiatives, including performance management cycles and People programs
Support recruiting systems, training and communications, and process standardization

Required

3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations, with exposure to both hourly and salaried hiring
Experience leading, mentoring, or influencing others in a professional environment
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, compliance, and best practices
Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing recruiting execution with project-based People work
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
Experience working in fast-paced, operational, or growth-oriented environments
