Responsibilities
5-8 years of relevant law firm experience working with companies and investors in debt and equity financings, emerging growth transactions, mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day corporate and governance matters
Invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours
Engage in various committees and firm activities
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of relevant law firm experience working with companies and investors in debt and equity financings
Experience in emerging growth transactions
Experience in mergers and acquisitions
Experience in day-to-day corporate and governance matters
