Responsibilities
Update Salesforce with loan information and tracking
Assist with Loan Servicing by inputting new loans into the servicing software, processing payments, creating statements, and following up with borrowers on late payments as needed
Must pass the notary exam within the first ninety days of employment
Electronically deposit checks and book into the servicing software
Monitor insurance expiration dates and renewals and work with our third-party point of contact to ensure all properties are properly insured
Assist with drafting and recording reconveyance documents
File and scan real estate loan documents
Provide support to other team members as needed
Adhere to all applicable compliance and private lending regulations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous mortgage or real estate experience required (2+ years)
2+ years of relevant professional office experience required
Excellent verbal and written skills, collaborative in nature
Exceptional interpersonal skills, operating with unquestioned integrity
Strong problem solver, focusing on appropriate outcomes for the business, clients, and investors
Detail oriented, and highly organized
Strong Microsoft Office and Salesforce skills
Must pass the notary exam within the first ninety days of employment
Preferred
BA/BS degree preferred
