Responsibilities

Managing inventory inside QuickBooks Enterprise with precision
Receiving inventory and accurately entering quantities, costs, and components in QBE
Creating, maintaining, and auditing builds / assemblies
Managing materials and component inventory tied to finished goods
Creating, issuing, and managing purchase orders in QBE
Working directly with vendors on discrepancies, shortages, or cost issues
Ensuring received inventory ties back to POs, builds, and invoices
Processing inventory adjustments when physical counts don’t match the system
Supporting product inventory planning (reorder timing, shortages, risk flags)
Proactively improving inventory, receiving, and PO workflows
Partnering closely with warehouse + operations teams daily

Required

Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
Advanced knowledge of builds, materials, and assemblies in QBE
Highly organized, detail-driven, and efficient
Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams
Enjoy working on-site in a warehouse environment
Proactive and forward-thinking attitude
Ability to manage inventory inside QuickBooks Enterprise with precision
Experience in receiving inventory and accurately entering quantities, costs, and components in QBE
Experience in creating, maintaining, and auditing builds / assemblies
Experience in managing materials and component inventory tied to finished goods
Experience in creating, issuing, and managing purchase orders in QBE
Experience in working directly with vendors on discrepancies, shortages, or cost issues
Experience in ensuring received inventory ties back to POs, builds, and invoices
