Responsibilities
Develop and Continually Improve Strategic Account Plans; collaborate with internal stakeholders
Deliver Voice of the Customer inputs to align with strategic goals of assigned accounts
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders for customer success
Rigorously work to build relationships with key contacts to work towards an ideal solution
Strategic development and tactical execution of new business generation
Build a pipeline of opportunities and work with partners and client to closure
Forecast sales with strong degree of accuracy aligned with your strategic plan
Practice a collaborative approach with engineering to develop new solutions as needed
Maintain constant contact with all aspect of the business to provide superior customers service such as but not limited to, outbound calling, email and text communications, lead times & delivery updates
Work collaboratively to develop cost effective design solutions by reviewing alternatives while ensuring the final design is robust and will meet or exceed customer’s expectations
Build and actively participate in quarterly business reviews with key customers
Interact with partners, customers, suppliers and users in the energy storage industry
Qualification
Required
This person must be outstanding at getting in front of key executive contacts, gaining buy in and selling across relevant departments
Must be able to develop new business opportunities, coupled with an eye for upselling and cross selling net new energy management solutions
Must have a proven track record of business-to-business sales experience and driving long sales cycles to closure
Must be dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
Must have a good understanding of the data center hyperscale market and multi-tenant industry
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Preferred
A minimum of 5 years of executive level sales experience is a plus
