Responsibilities
Own and grow a book of enterprise accounts (>1,000 employees) with expansion, renewal, and lead gen targets
Drive upsells via multithreading and exec engagement, working with Ethena’s C-suite to further relationships
Spot growth and churn risks early — act fast and work directly with Ethena’s leadership team to determine best possible customer outcomes
Lead compelling QBRs that highlight ROI and open new doors directly with Chief Compliance Officers, General Counsels, and VPs of HR
Deepen relationships through events, webinars, and high-touch moments
Partner across teams to close product feedback loops and elevate the customer experience
Be the go-to expert on compliance trends for your customers
Qualification
Required
Proven track record growing mid-market and enterprise accounts (especially 500 - 5k+ employees) through smart, strategic expansion
Skilled at multithreading and uncovering new value in complex orgs
Organized and disciplined in Salesforce because pipeline hygiene matters
Builder mentality - you improve the playbook, not just run it
Proactive, self-led, and hungry to make an impact
Aligned with Ethena's mission, with a passion for learning and growth
