Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Waystar Project Management Team, providing resources, tools, and standardized processes for success
Forecast, plan, report, and manage the team’s portfolio of projects to ensure accurate and timely revenue projections
Develop deep expertise in implementation milestones and dependencies for all Waystar solutions
Oversee implementations across the customer base, ensuring quality and timeliness
Manage prioritization, escalation, and resolution of issues across implementations
Define, implement, and scale project management processes to drive efficiency
Partner with Customer Success to align project management practices with long-term strategy
Provide project management expertise for new and existing customer projects
Deploy resources based on skill and expertise for optimal outcomes
Track team effort and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making
Create customer-facing documentation and educate internal teams on implementation processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve offerings and customer satisfaction
Represent Waystar with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS Professional Services capacity, preferably in healthcare
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
PMP Certification (or eligible to take)
Knowledge of healthcare software implementations
Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Passion for healthcare and technology
High emotional intelligence and adaptability

Preferred

1–2 years of experience in a management role (preferred)
