Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of our software products
Collaborate closely with product leads to implement automation strategies
Execute manual testing when necessary
Drive efficiencies that accelerate delivery while supporting the development of highly stable applications aligned with business needs
Champion strong quality standards
Influence teams to prioritize testing throughout the development lifecycle
Continuously improve the stability and resiliency of critical business processes and applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance
Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
Programming/scripting skills in Java
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Hands-on experience with crafting and maintaining testing frameworks like JUnit, Cucumber, Cypress
Good understanding of web services testing
SQL skills (required)
Ability to maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for test cases, scripts, and automation processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams
