Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications

Implement complex features and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Consume, create, and maintain robust APIs using Axios and Golang Fiber

Integrate scientific charting functionality, primarily using Chart.js, to visualize complex data sets effectively

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring conceptual ideas to deployment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top school

Strong industry experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role, building sophisticated web applications

Strong proficiency in Golang, SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL), and JavaScript/TypeScript

Proficiency with Docker

Familiarity with AWS and/ or Azure services

Solid understanding of scientific charting, preferably with experience in Chart.js

Experience with GraphQL for API development

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to deployment

Adherence to best coding practices and technical standards

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

All candidates must be US Citizens

Preferred

Solid understanding of scientific charting, preferably with experience in Chart.js

Experience with Kubernetes

Familiarity with Terraform and ArgoCD

Exposure to Matlab
