Albertelli Law (ALAW) is a full-service law firm that represents institutional and private lenders across multiple states in the US. They are seeking a qualified associate attorney to support their Florida practice, focusing on creditor's rights and litigation.

Responsibilities
Handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights
Resolve issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution
Participate in court appearances and some attendant travel may be required
Assist in growing the firm’s presence as a top-performing firm
Qualification
Required
The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar
Applications will be accepted from newly licensed attorneys, 0-5 years of litigation experience
The candidate must be able and willing to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights
The candidate must be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution
The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, and must be willing to assist in growing the firm's presence as a top-performing firm
The candidate must value reputation and be willing to proactively develop relationships in the industry to be viewed as a trusted partner and advisor by both clients and colleagues
Court appearances will be required, and some attendant travel may be required
The candidate must be familiar with the Florida legal system, and must exhibit a commitment to superior client support, confidence, and unfettered judgment
Active membership of the Florida Bar is required
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and mentoring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal concepts clearly
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to legal challenges
Commitment to providing superior client support and exercising sound judgment in all matters
Preferred
Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code are preferred
Additional Bar licenses are a plus
