You must have excellent customer service skills (interpersonal and communication skills)
Be professional in phone etiquette, appearance and demeanor
Be friendly and have a warm approachable manner
Be proficient in computer skills
Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
Have superb organizational skills and be detail oriented
The ability to work in a team setting is vital, we have a great team environment and want someone who will add to that and help us to continue to grow
The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting and servicing both Personal and Commercial P&C insurance lines, though strong experience in one or the other would be acceptable as well
Qualification
Required
