Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Representative to support their flooring and kitchen cabinet wholesale operations. The role involves processing customer orders, maintaining transaction records, and coordinating delivery schedules while providing high-level customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and ensure all details meet specifications

Maintain organized and detailed transaction records

Coordinate delivery schedules with the warehouse team and confirm logistics

Track delivery progress and communicate timely updates to customers

Prepare and file customer paperwork, including order forms, invoices, and driver/warehouse copies

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries with prompt and professional communication

Required

Kitchen or Cabinet Industry: 1 year (Required)

Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

Excellent time-management and multitasking skills

Ability to work weekends as needed

Ability to train and support interns

Preferred

1–2 years of retail, distribution, or customer service experience preferred

Experience with kitchen cabinet sales or 20/20 design software is a plus

Flooring sales or customer service experience is also a plus
